November 12, 2021 - A very characterful Bourgogne Blanc by Nicolas Bernard and Veronique Bonin.

12%abv. Pale lemon. Acacia flower and blossom, lemonade, starfruits, peach jam, vanilla bean, some toastiness, lovely roasted hazelnuts and distinct flintiness, sharp acidity. Light and lean, finishing a bit short but nevertheless, it is really delicious. A very characterful Bourgogne blanc.
