April 28, 2020 - Colour: pale gold
Nose: lemon, nectarine, peach. Ripe beurre Bosc pear. Pineapple? Honeyed, but dry. Stewed strawberries (oddly), especially in the empty glass.
Palate: lemon, mandarin. Lemon pith. Stone fruit— nectarine, peach. Nectarine skin. Pear. Pineapple. Rich, but crisp. Off-dry to dry, with fruit sweetness balancing the lithe acidity. Lithe, crisp, lively acidity, but with some fleshy fruit character. Medium bodied, 13% alcohol. Seal: technical cork.1 person found this helpful Comment
