Better on the nose with notes of wet soil, mushrooms, Hawaiian pizza or candied citrus fruits than on the palate, where the acidity provides length but hides the rest of the elements. Ideal to accompany desserts with dark chocolate but particularly I prefer to let these bottles of Jurançon age a few years to get better rewards.
Por copas. Mejor en nariz con notas a tierra húmeda, champiñones, pizza hawaiana o cítricos confitados que en boca, donde la acidez proporciona longitud pero oculta al resto de los elementos. Ideal para acompañar postres con chocolate negro pero particularmente prefiero dejar envejecer las botellas de Jurançon unos años para obtener mejores recompensas.
