February 4, 2014 - Dark crimson. Strongl alcohol nose with limited fruit. Smooth, plum and dark cherry, a bit simple but pleasant. Medium finish.

July 3, 2000 - NobleRottersSydney - New Releases (Darling Mills, Glebe): Spicy nose. Warm red berry fruit – of slightly anonymous character. Doesn’t exactly shout McLaren Vale. A slight mintiness too; with a richly warm front and middle palate. Still, it’s not gloopy. Enjoyable short-termer.
