Community Tasting Notes 15

  • Neecies Does not like this wine:

November 27, 2022 - Have loved aged Roessler pinots in the past but this one was cloudy and funky. Two thumbs down.

December 15, 2013 - Cellared properly and still great!

November 16, 2011 - Modest, earthy, inviting nose; dry yet fruity (cranberry), with medium acidity to balance; decent finish for pinot; slightly funky, Burgundy elements that are interesting yet slightly wierd; paired well with TJs mushroom turnovers.

December 27, 2010 - This has improved a lot since the last time I tasted it. Previously, it was too fruity for my taste. The fruit (sour cherry, red fruit) has balanced with the acids and tannins. Medium finish. Very good QPR if you have the patience.
