April 17, 2024 - Definitely an improvement over my last bottle 2 years ago. Nice smokiness to the fruit on the nose. Great minerality and tension on the palate. Delicious.

February 26, 2023 - I love this wine. Patience has rewarded me. Bought this upon release and I have been consuming 2 bottles a year. This bottle is finally what I wanted to see. Excellent stuff here.

    Color. Vibrant yellow.

Nose. Petrol, slate, baked apples, honey, pencil lead, straw from a horse barn, lime skin.

Palate. Baked green apples that have been marinated in lime juice. Wonderfully warm and yummy. Yet the acidity is so unbelievable. Honey coated unripe apricots. Just so fucking good

November 14, 2022 - I love this wine because its got a screw cap. Never a corked bottle.

    Color. Medium yellow

Nose. Petrol, slate, green apple, green chiles, white flowers. There's a lot to this nose.

Palate. Rich character of green apples, limes, vanilla, orange Creamsicle. So yummy

June 16, 2022 - What a charming wine! Lots of peach and pear as well as some grape towards the end. And there is also a little ’petrol’, not much but adding complexity.

April 2, 2022 - Birthday Dinner at Jims - Wines for Beef Braciola (Jims): Classic aromatics, bit of botrytis, great acid balance to sweetness and a clean lingering finish. A super wine, good value.
