    May 18, 2022 - Side x side of $8 375s
The '16 displayed an unexpected citric tang along with the earthen raspberry, which made for more balanced fun, even if might herald degradation
The 17's fruit was more candied, menthol & cola were more obvious, and its finish was even shorter
The '16 was the 'winner', but really, this is just drinking for the sake of drinking
If you need to pick up something light, well-made,accessible, ubiquitous, and at this price, may I recommend the Thymiopoulos young vines Xinomavro. Jeez, I haven't had that in forever. What an excellent wine!

August 5, 2020 - Cherry and raspberry notes. Clean, short finish. Easy drinker. Not very distinctive though either. 88

December 5, 2019 - Red fruit and licorice on the nose. Nice cherry notes. Low acidity and tannins with a short finish. A very easy drinking weeknight wine that went well with chicken.

January 16, 2019 - Some good red fruit - cherry and strawberry - but not as much tannins or earth as I expected. To be fair the bottle was open for a day. The remains of the wine were much better with the food, especially the califlower with Cumin and tumeric and the XXX, which brought out the fruit and the finish as well.

I would be interested to taste the wine again, on a first pour
