April 22, 2022 - Friday afternoon drinks at home. Drank in Gabriel Standart.
Appearance is clear, pale intensity, yellow lemon colour. Legs.
Nose is clean, medium intensity, with aromas of woolly lanolin, honeyed beeswax, yellow flowers, citrus lemon. Developed.
On the palate, dry, high acidity, medium alcohol (13%), medium body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of woolly lanolin, honeyed waxiness, sweet citrus lemon, sweet white peaches, salty minerality. Long finish.
Very good quality. Hairs all in place, just somehow not exciting. -
