March 28, 2023 - Tasted after 1 hour of air. Dark garnet color. Slight bricking. Dark currents on the nose. Dark fruits with some firm tannins on the palate. Some cocoa. Just slowly starting to come alive. This still needs time. Some dust. Excellent balance. Sorry this is my last bottle of this. An easy case purchase every year.

August 23, 2018 - Nice fruit forward flavors. I get some cherries and plums. Also some pepper. Nice long finish with fine tannins. A great bargain from Lobo Hills.
