June 9, 2019 - Ordered by the glass in a restaurant, and they billed it as "cask chardonnay" which I found interesting since it's quite steely and clean, although I do get the malo as previously mentioned. Very light yellow color. Aromas of lemon, lime, and minerals. Medium (+) body, medium acid and finish, with a round mouth feel and flavors of lemon curd, vanilla, lime, and minerals.
