June 29, 2023 - Less of a wild ride in natural wine than my first bottle over 4 years ago. This seemed pretty stable and clean, albeit with some dissolved CO2. Still a streak of green running through the wine as before, but extremely fresh berries and finishing on some spice. Super light and cool fruit for the vintage, this went fast. Tasty stuff. I like Metras when it hits, but not all the bottles make it to the U.S. properly.

June 4, 2023 - Less intensely perfumed than usual, but in its subtlety, quite elegant. Magnum.

May 20, 2023 - Dinner at Caroline's: My contribution. Someone nailed this as a Bojo but unfortunately got the producer wrong. Vacillated between incredibly pure / jammy and candied raspberry fruit. Usually I am not a fan of such wines but when it was on, I loved the unadulterated exuberance and lack of restraint. Probably the best wine made in this wild, unfettered style that I’ve had.

June 27, 2022 - Gravy train on biscuit wheels. This is only getting better and better. Consumed over 2 days and by the end it was in the zone. Mas vino por favor

February 18, 2022 - A nice bottle of bojo. A touch natural but well within my limits. Very drinkable. Not sure how much this improves with age.
