January 13, 2023 - Intensity medium. Lemon, yellow apple, ripe peach, melon, pineapple, clove, cedar, almond. Acidity medium(+). Finish medium.

Jaune or, le nez nous amène sur un profil exotique, ananas confit, la poire mure et juteuse avec peu de vanille qui vient enrober le tout. La bouche est savoureuse, acidité plutôt faible mais le vin reste en fraîcheur. Un vin qui nous en met plein la bouche avec une finale assez persistante. Vraiment délicieux et dans son sweet spot en ce moment. -
