  December 3, 2023 - Tempranillo, aged 18 months in American oak barrels, 14% vol.
  
  Decanted 3 hours before dinner. Still very primary with red stone fruit and only a hint of tobacco, on the palate quite smooth, medium acidity, full bodied and medium length. Did a step up within the last 3 years, but will still need at least another 2 to 4 years to peak, for now it is good but a bit simple, 89+.

  June 28, 2023 - Coming into a great drinking window right now. Was wide open from the get go with lively fruits, melded tannins and a velvety mid palate that was so rewarding. The finish, with some charcuterie and slight earthiness really completed the experience. Wish I had more to enjoy over the next 2-4 years.
