Community Tasting Notes 4

April 12, 2020 - This is a well made wine: ripe green apple and pear fruit with a mineral finish. It sold out at my wine shop. It's just not to my taste. It seemed to have seen a lot of oak, which I didn't like.

September 15, 2019 - Pleasant, light citrus nose. Fruit is round with just the right level of crisp acidity, green apples, minerals. Nice balance. Finish has moderate length, cleansing acidity. Fruit carries across palate. A very enjoyable basic Chablis.

March 24, 2019 - Well developed for this year. It is softer and creamier than year ago. Medium body, the color is richer with greenish tones. Intense pears, melon and flowers aroma that complements by the palate of ripe apples and pears with long mineral and spicy finish. Excellent lovely Chablis. Food friendly, tasted with smoked eel. Open half hour ahead. Don't cool it too much, serve 12º - 14º. Drink now.

July 20, 2018 - Medium body, greenish golden color. Intense duchess pears and acacia blooming aroma that continues to the palate of apples and pears with long mineral finish. Very vital and harmonious wine, complex and well balanced, gentle acidity. Food friendly, best match is shrimps or poultry or onion soup. Open half hour in advance. Serve 12º - 14º. Still young but very enjoyable, drink now and next four/five years.
