  June 27, 2021 - Drinks with much more concentration and depth than the hue would lead you to believe. Never had Mallorcan wine before - this was absolutely lovely.

  May 31, 2019 - By the glass at Wineing, Palma, Palma de Mallorca. Quite light in colour. Dark berries, earth and spice on the nose and palate, with medium-level acidity, soft tannin and very good length. Oaky, still too dominant oak influence for my personal taste, but less obviously overoaked than some of the prior vintages. Good balance and persistence. Drink young.

  C’est quand même un peu boisé, déjà au nez puis en bouche et ce n’est pas Mon style.
  Solaire, assez puissant et confit, sans être une caricature, AN ressemble aux vins d’avant, ceux qui cherchent encore à en mettre plein la bouche, avec une certaine finesse certes, mais qui passe à côté de l’élégance, de la fraîcheur, du relief (un petit château des tours comme étalon).
  Ma quête de vins espagnols frais et digestes, profonds et plus « naturels » continue...
