January 2, 2019 - Kort maceration ger lite orangetoner. Syrorna är lite småstökiga men saliverande. Krusbär, svarta vinbär, suröl, apelsinskal, grön paprika/jalepeno, passionsfrukt och knyts ihop med en liten matvänlig stjälkig beska. Inget att smutta på utan dricks i stora klunkar. Bygget är magiskt men hållbarheten i öppnad flaska tveksam.
