Let decant for an hour on the second day with no difference. This wine isn’t a bad wine, it’s just not for me...a hair too sweet. And I don’t understand the 91 from WS. -

September 21, 2019 - Sunfish Cellars Grand Tasting (Just $10) (Sunfish Cellars/I Nonni Minneapolis, MN): Well this is a good every day value Cab. Cherry, plum, minerals, chocolate and oak. Medium finish. Could benefit with some additional age as it is tight right now. 88 to 90.
