January 16, 2021 - Diam10 closure. At 13 degrees C: almost medium yellow. The nose has some gunpowder smoke followed by anise, white flowers, and honey. The palate has bright acid, oak, biscuit, savoury and a squeeze of lemon. The biscuity finish is long. 7 hours later at 19C this wine is a little more full bodied and showing a wider array of flavours however it seems less concentrated than earlier today.
