July 30, 2020 - Mixed citruses, honey, cheese rind, earth, yeast, melon. Opened up as a quite simple ”lemon water” BdB but evolved into something more with time and higher temperature. Not a big Champagne perhaps but the price is also very fair, so it’s all good. Base ’15.
