November 27, 2022 - Somewhat crispy in taste, good, but will not buy this again

September 12, 2021 - A bit gassy unfortunately, considerably better once this has mostly escaped. Some nice red fruit there, but if strawberry and some nice acidity still remains. Not bad, but feel like it would/should have been better.

January 27, 2021 - Cloudy. Piquant nose with classic rootsy aromas. Tannic. Starwberry eau de vie. Mouth-coating and indeed mouth-watering with orange peel zest. Medium length. Leaves a bitter tobacco sensation on the tongue.

January 26, 2021 - Blind tasting. Foggy hue with mature borders. Nose of blueberries juice, hint of leather. Mouth mineral, fresh pomegranate crunch, with micro tannins, fine vegetal notes as it has been a howl cluster fermenetation. Wrong guessed as fine gamay made in a natural style. Potential is difficult to evaluate. 15% new oak not felt (Covid anosmia). 4000bottles made by the De Montille team.
