Super bourgogne blanc, typé avec un brin toasté et lime. Belle longueur.

July 23, 2019 - Quickie drink while collecting Salon at Chateau Davyd. From bottle popped an hour ago.
Appearance is clear, pale intensity, lemon colour. Legs.
Nose is clean, medium intensity, with aromas of very light toast, citrus lime. Youthful.
On the palate, dry, medium+ acidity, medium alcohol (13%), medium body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of green lime, tart citrus lemon, stony minerality. Medium+ finish.
Good quality. Rounded mouth-feel. Simple easy drinking White Burg. Less ripe but acidity comes up a bit short.
A blend of 4 plots in Saint-Aubin. About 5% new oak only. -

June 8, 2019 - Popped & poured with an aerated pourer into Gabriel glass at home
Decent nose of white & yellow flowers, such as chrysanthemums and jasmines, a hint of oak, minerality, some spicy character like raddish, lime & zest, white peach
Quite round mouthfeel n a bit oily, medium + acidity, a bit diluted finish
Overall a good everyday burgundy white & good QPR.
