June 12, 2019 - I was not overwhelmed by this a few days ago, but admitted it might have suffered from following a bit heavier wine. So I tried it again and, voila, it is much better. The nose has fresh cut Granny Smith apples and citrus. On the palate there is a refreshing combination of honey, green apples, bit of lemon. Nice mouthfeel, crisp acidity. Bit of pepper on the mid-palate. A light, lingering, lemony finish. Overall it is juicy and lovely.

June 6, 2019 - Not much on the nose. On the palate there is melon, pepper, minerals, a hint of citrus, a bit of aromatic herbs. Good acidity and balance. Moderately long finish of citrus and minerals. Pleasant enough. This followed the leftovers of a bit heavier wine, so that may have affected my perception. I'll reserve final judgment until I've tried a second bottle.
