December 26, 2018 - Fascinating to drink a Champagne that is almost 100 years old. No apparent bubbles left, but very expressive. Floral and particularly wild flower honey aromas; starts out with lots of fruit (apple/pear) in the palate, then turns honeyed there too, and finishes with a very nutty, long, dry sherry/madeira quality.
