December 26, 2019 - Pale yellow. Lemon zest and honeysuckle nose. Full bodied, tart grapefruit, honeydew melon, a touch of bitter almond, good minerality, and a medium to long finish. Not quite as good as I remember from the tasting room; maybe I waited too long to drink it.
