March 13, 2013 - This bottle was outstanding, much better than my previous one. Mature, but with a good bite of spicy fruit and firm acidity. Ready to enjoy.

August 25, 2010 - Obscure Spanish Regions (Fort Collins, CO): Herbs, black tea, and big licorice on the nose. Certainly reminiscent of CdP, nice and spicy. Pleasant finish with great fruit and minerality. WOTN.

May 22, 2009 - Firing on all cylinders. Beautiful aromas of chocolate, black mineral and black fruit. Palate is medium to full bodied with a terrific interplay of medium-rich fruit and mellow acidity. Full across the mid-palate and into a charming, spice and mineral finish. This really sings of Spanish terroir.
