January 27, 2023 - Intense sweet red berry aroma (cherry, strawberry, raspberry) with secondary notes of herbs, dried flowers, and smoked meats. Rich red cherry, vanilla and cola flavors with a blueberry finish. Also some unique citrus and clementine notes throughout. Perfectly balanced richness, acidity and tannins.
Starting to show a little age but needs more time if you want tertiary character. Tons of backbone remaining - no rush here. Hold.1 person found this helpful Comment -

August 16, 2021 - Excellent. Spice, herbs, twigs, fruit. Softens over hours, even day two.

July 24, 2021 - Earthy, with mushrooms and a touch of funk. Savory rich blue fruits, fading structure and a lengthy finish. This was probably better a year or two ago. In a word: disappointing.

October 5, 2019 - Initial aroma of cherry cola. After some air, more dark cherry, wet rocks, anise and cardamom on the nose. Well - integrated on the palate. Bitterness comes through on the long finish. Great with grilled salmon!
