February 18, 2022 - Not often do I get to write the 1st CT TN on a wine. Our last of 12 and with the most age and air this last one was the best - the 1st ones were 87-88 points on release and this has clearly improved. Very pleasant and currently well drinking entry level tempranillo that at this point is drinking quite well - at our acquisition price quite a good QPR wine and I do recommend this. Well structured, balance improving, soft tannins and a reasonably lengthy aftertaste. Darker and more complex nose then palate. Nose of dark stone fruit, tar and blackberry with flavor profile of controlled oak, dark stone fruit, flinty stone and blueberry.
