January 24, 2020 - Surprisingly deep yellow color. Nose speaks ripe fruit. Threre is pear popsicle, stony mineral and lime zest on the nose. Taste: lemon juice. Nicely balanced. High acidity but not sharp. Good stuff

May 3, 2019 - Slight effervescent. Scant citrus fruit in front of steel and minerality. Cutting and really appropriate next to a shrimp & avacado salad.
