  November 26, 2020 - Probably different to any Pinot, I ever had. First it's quiet austere. There's some of the usual Pinot aroma, but not much. Bit of an alcohol smell, though. On the palate, it's not really fruity, either. There's mostly earthiness and a lot of herbal or vegetable-like taste. Very light and refreshing, but with a lot of alcohol behind it, heating up mouth and throat. Very unusual balance. I can't say I want more of this.

  November 25, 2020 - Farven er transparent rubinrød.
  
  Duften har toner af, røde/sorte kirsebær (med et køligt udtryk), en del lakrids, lidt røg, violer, tørret røde blomster, en lille tone af lidt sød tobak, lille tone af marzipan. Duften er samlet ganske elegant.
  
  Smagen er til den friske/lette/saftige side. Frisk kølig kirsebær udtryk, lette lakrids toner, knuste røde tørret blomsterblade.
  
  Syren er let og renser uden at overtage det meget lette smagsudtryk.
  
  Tannin af lakrids, lidt sort te. Og en ret god tør lang eftersmag af lette lakrids toner.

  July 29, 2019 - Pnp, on my own. Nice but shy nose of cherrie juice, light white wood glue behind. Mouth fresh, light, with personnality, not oaked, quite fruity, with perfectible balance. Not so fine for me. Light residual green vegetal at the end, yet though in a favourable vintage. It is still a pinot made in altitude, more in a german ground than italian. Still to try, to stay burgundy lover.

  July 11, 2019 - Very pretty clear ruby. Full flavored rustic pinot with mint, menthol, cedar, mixed with black cherry and blueberry. Nicely weighted, silky. From the list, Spiaggia, Chicago.
