December 12, 2021 - So our club closed for the year today with a holiday brunch. I invited a bunch of good friends and I decided to make it a Seasmoke brunch with this bottle and a magnum of the Ten. The palate was pear, melon, a little lemon and a little oak. The finish was really nice.

May 10, 2021 - Finally brought the 16's home from storage. As we went out on Mothers Day we decided on Monday night sushi and this was a perfect accompaniment White flowers on the nose. The palate was pear, melon, a little lemon and a little oak. The finish was really nice.
