  February 16, 2020 - A golden hue but light in glass. Slightly baked stone fruit. Peach, apricot and pear. Possibly some skin contact for a little grip.

  September 14, 2019 - Medium gold colour
  Made in an oxidative style
  Aromas of lemon and maybe some apple, yeasty bread dough and almonds, and some dried herbs (thyme?). The secondary aromas are more prominent than the primary fruit aromas.
  Medium acidity (but still very fresh, and well balanced)
  Medium+ body
  Medium+ finish of lemon, bread dough, and herbs

  March 5, 2019 - Only stainless steel, predominantly Clairette grape. Very floral with hints of stone fruit, quince and sun-dried apple. Medium acidity, with the alcohol standing out a bit. Long finish. A good wine, but fairly simply (price matches quality).
