February 9, 2020 - Wonderful wine! Very nice fruit with good acidity and slightly effervescent which tickles the palate. Abundant freshness. Pairs very well with fish and shell fish.

December 27, 2018 - This was delightful. Delicious fruit, good acidity, slight efervescence. Super fresh and food friendly. Worked wonders when paired with hamachi kama. I should buy more.
