January 3, 2023 - Dark ruby hue. Aromas of bell pepper, blackberry, grilled meat, licorice, and tar. Full-bodied, with full tannins and high acidity. Earthy palate. Seems still relatively young at time of tasting. 50% Cabernet Franc, 32% Merlot, 18% Cabernet Sauvignon.

April 29, 2022 - Dejlig duft af solbær og hindbær. Smagen af solbær og jordbær i en meget rund og frugtig fyldig smag. Fantastisk vin til pengene (kr. 169). Bliver kun bedre med årene.

March 27, 2022 - Decanted and served the first glass right away, 2nd glass in an hour. I wish I'd checked that this is 50% cabernet franc, which I believe will take a few years yet to integrate. This wine is juicy and also slightly green right now. You can drink it, but I suspect it will soften and become more floral down the road. Open my 2nd of 4 bottles in 2025.

    November 27, 2021 - Revisited.
This has softened and improved a little.
Dark ruby, still loads of black fruits (plums/damsons particularly) on both nose and palate. Spice, cinnamon and forest floor.
Very good wine with 5-10 years of life and potential to improve further.

September 17, 2021 - Young but with great potential. The nose has Black currant, elderberry, blueberry and wet hay. Distinct dry tannins, vivid acidity with a greenish edge; youthful fruits with blackcurrant and unripe cherries dominating. Fine aftertaste. Needs Air now or wait a few years.
