March 8, 2024 - Surprised by the relatively low recent ratings of this on here, I thought this was stunning. Elegance and finesse but with strong underlying fruit, toastiness and hazelnuts. Paired nicely with sushi. 3 bottles to go, looking forward to future development

January 10, 2024 - I like it but feels quite firm, austere and lean. Like drinking liquid rocks and chalk. Dry, lean but with some contradictory richness and complexity hiding underneath. 3.5
