June 3, 2023 - This was a lovely wine still drinking beautifully (over two days) in mid-2023. Deep golden color with a nose of ripe melon. On the palate it manages to combine creamy, crème butler notes with the mineralogy of French Chards. Sort of a hybrid presentation. Was a lovely pairing with Salmon fillets...

May 6, 2021 - Worked well with a seafood dinner that featured Italian and Greek themes. Swordfish with scallops wrapped in prosciutto with an olive and feta tapenade. A tad too round and could have used a little crispness, but this was my fault for selection, not the wine. The wine is full-bodied with a mineral backbone and has aroma and taste of stone fruit.

February 26, 2021 - Steely with vague tropical notes. A big streak of minerality runs right through the glass. Earlier bottles seemed to show better - perhaps it's just going through a phase?
