September 17, 2021 - Mursteinsrød men en lysere kant. Kirsebær, bringebær, rips, grus og lette fattoner med et snev av tjære. Ved åpning var fatet lang mer framtredende, etter bare 20-30minutter på karaffel var den elegant og smooth på nesen. Medium syre med en flott syrlig rødbærfrukt, plenty av mineralitet og lette lette tanniner. En flott sursøt avslutning som sitter overraskende lenge.
