March 9, 2024 - Dark red colour with slight brown edge. Tar, dark cherry nose along with a bit of cranberry. Fresh, bright taste. Cherry and cranberry flavours. Acidic bite at end but fresh and enjoyable with tertiary notes coming through. Still a couple of years left.

July 20, 2023 - Delicious! I have been drinking this for years now, and I always enjoy it. Low tannin allows it to work well with grilled salmon, which we are having tonight. The Corvina’s sweetness comes through, but without the richness of an Amarone. No decant needed. It also happens to be an excellent value. Enjoy.

June 16, 2023 - Deep, dense red colour. Slightly barnyard nose - not unattractive. Rounded mouthfeel - cranberry, tar and a good acid bite. Enjoyable and drinking well.

November 25, 2022 - Deep, dense red colour. Thyme, rosemary, dark fruits and tar on the nose. Cherry, cranberry and asphalt flavours with a good acid bite. Long finish - still feels youthful. Enjoyable food wine.

February 11, 2022 - rich, saturated and full. nose is attractive...jammy, cherries, tar, mineral, smoke, slightly medicinal. palate is full bodied, rich, some good acidity, herbal, some tannic grip on the finish. very enjoyable. higher quality than entry level valpolicellas. 91+
