  January 2, 2013 - Still alive. I thought this would be vinegar by now. Hardly any sediment in this bottle. Nose showed up after 20 mins in glass. At this point it is easy drinking cab that has seen better days

  May 20, 2006 - This was indeed outstanding with pasta with sun dried Tomatos chicken sausage, roasted red peppers, mushrooms, onions and small red tomatos sauted in olive oil and garlic. Also went well with 54% Cocoa chocolate drops. We both feel this wine has improved since the last bottle we drank, or the pairing just worked extremely well. Either way, enjoyable and memorable. If there is one issue for me it is a slight dryness on the palate occassionally that almost seens chalk like, this bottle surpressed behind the fruit and character of the wine.
