April 28, 2022 - Appearance: Pale lemon (with a slight green hue)

Nose: Light primary aromas of citrus (lemon/lime), white peach, and citrus blossoms, smells something like a fresh home cleaning product.

Palate: Dry with medium (+) acidity and medium alcohol, no tannin. Primary flavours of fresh citrus (lemon/lime) and grapefruit pith. Medium bodied, with pronounced intensity on the back palate, and a bit of warm acid and/or alcohol burn on a medium (+) tangy mouth- puckering finish.

Conclusion: This villages wine is a balanced and fairly simple expression of Chardonnay, with solid length but shy aromatics. It delivers nice flavour intensity. Would be a nice match for many seafood and shellfish dishes due to the citrus flavors and acidity.

October 15, 2021 - Lovely swirling yellow peaches, homey and some light jasmine on the nose. Taste is similar, full and warming, homey and peaches, yellow nectarines and crunchy pears keeping it taut. Very good, a really enjoyable Bourgogne.

    October 20, 2020 - Great value.
    Bought at K&L for $14
For a village level wine it drank better than many high priced CA chards.
Nice wine with subtle oak notes and a long, crisp finish. Drank this with scallops and it worked well.
    Would buy again.

December 12, 2019 - Bright and brisk with some good character for such a modest price. 88+
Day 2: shockingly better, softened a bit with more complexity! Pushing 90 pts

October 1, 2019 - Stone fruit mostly with a hint of acidity. Not the most complex wine but very enjoyable and not too pricey.
