January 16, 2015 - First- I love the idea that this is only bottled in 375 or Magnum. This pours a crystal clear gold. Pure as snow. The nose is spot on PB with floral aromatics jumping out of the glass accented with some light Apple notes. The palate is a true exercise in balance. Clear, precise fruit with a strong acid backbone, yet showing a classy, lush mouthfeel which skirts up to the line of creamy, but stays beautifully restrained. Apple & banana flavored on the long finish. This is excellent.
