June 14, 2022 - We opened 24 magnums of this wine for our daughter’s wedding. Also used it a few years ago for our son’s wedding. Forget about the negative comments here. As a wine educator, I can absolutely assure you that this wine is excellent. It is fresh, crisp and flavorful. It is of citrus and apple on a very light color. The bottle is also beautiful. Not only the guests liked it, it was a bit. I have also used it for an art museum event for a large groups and in a few days we will do another museum event pouring this wine I believe it is made by a cooperative in Alsace but the wine’s appellation is simply Blanc de Blancs of France. That means the grapes are from France but not enough of the blend is Alsatian to get tbe Alsace AOC. Excellent.

December 11, 2021 - I still have a few magnums since buying this wine more than two years ago. This wine hadn’t shown much age since then. It is still light in color and fully effervescent. The taste is crisp of apples and citrus. Bright and on the acidic side with fresh notes. It is an extremely good bargain now at $12.99 for a magnum. I have just bought a few more but plan to drink the bottles from 2019 first.

December 25, 2019 - {magnum, cork, 11%} Not much yeast here; basic transfer-method fizz from somewhere in France (via ALDI). Dry, light-bodied, short finish. Anodyne white fruit flavours. Commercial stuff.

December 15, 2019 - I have read a lot of reviews about this wine that it is flat and uninteresting. I tried it. It is excellent. There is absolutely no issue with freshness and crispness. The wine is fruity and sophisticated. The color is very pale and the bubbles are small and continuously maintained. I believe the company is located in Alsace. Since it isn’t labeled as an Alsatian wine, we have to assume that the juice is at best partially Alsatian. The wine is good. We used it for our son’s wedding.
