  October 30, 2022 - Not bad, but not up to expectations either at this price point. Four people tried it, and all were sort of meh about it, and none wanted a second pour.. Not well balanced, with a hint of sharpness, perhaps too much alcohol compared to the fruit? No impression that it will improve with age.

  April 28, 2021 - Didnt do a ton for me, a little muted on the nose with some red fruit and pencil shavings — the oak is definitely frames it with some baking spice. The palate is medium acid, medium tannins, definitely meant to be an easy-drinking style. Some red fruit and oak driven notes.
  
  I know this is the winery’s easy-drinking wine, but with a touch more depth it could live up to the brand name. Many will enjoy, but could be better.

  April 10, 2020 - Picking up Oak on the nose, and not much bouquet. Seems muddled and/or somewhat nondescript on the palate. Picking up some bitterness on the aftertaste. Decent enough wine, but just didn’t do much for me.
