Vieillissement de 6/7 ans.
Belle prise de mousse, cordon de bulles fines. Bouche beaucoup plus crémeuse que cuvée Althéa.
Convient plus à l’apéritif mais aussi sur plats à base de crème, champignons, légumes blancs et pâtes.
