December 31, 2023 - Pinot Noir 90% chardonnay 10%.
Vieillissement de 6/7 ans.
Belle prise de mousse, cordon de bulles fines, on reconnaît de suite l’assemblage pinot noir majoritaire avec l’esprit vineux de la cuvée.
Nez aux arômes typique de champagne (brioche, beurre) petits fruits rouges.
En bouche c’est un vin de belle acidité, tranchant, avec touche crayeuse. Finale sur de jolis amers.
Vin plutôt polyvalent pour apéritif comme pour ta table.

Pleasant nose showing citrus, minerals and some sea buckthorn in a very pleasant way. Nice and intense citrus acidity on the palate with a creamy finish showing a touch of butterscotch with a lengthy balanced finish.
