August 7, 2020 - On the dry side with a fair amount of acidity. Light in color with slight pear in the nose and a citrus bite. Well rounded, but not fullbodied—still the taste lingers after each sip.
Would be great served with a cheeseboard/ charcuterie tray during a late August sunset on a townhouse roofdeck. -

July 31, 2019 - Nearly off-dry out of the gate, with flavors of sweet Bartlett Pear and Casaba Melon. A touch of vanilla also creeps in, and it's all enrobed by lively acidity.

May 11, 2019 - Pale yellow in color and with little nose even only slightly chilled. Tropical fruit and good chardonnay flavor. Not a California style. Very clean with no vanilla and very little butter. Good acid but it doesn't leave the mouth dry. It is not too dry to drink on it's own but with chicken, pork, fish, and shellfish, this should work well with butter sauces and with cream based sauces.
