March 15, 2019 - Intriguing and complex nose with chocolate, mint, and balsamic.
Full-bodied, dry, fresh acidity and soft tannins. Juicy and tasty. High-quality wine, complex, enjoyable. Long lingering finish.
Both the wine and the house are new to me but this is very good. Would go very well with a winter stew, a roast or game. Can age further but is delicious now. Absolutely worth the 25 GBP per bottle.
