  May 19, 2012 - One of the hits of the night at the Vegas bottling party. The wine was both delicious and interesting, but I don't remember specific notes. Nearing or at its peak, but will probably last another long while.

  March 31, 2012 - Dark ruby/purple, nose of violets, roses. Dry tannins, black fruits, dried prunes, blueberries, medium body, light acid and tannins. Give it an other day and everything has integrated, smoothed out into a very well aged nice wine, just the slightest bitter mid to finish.

  June 26, 2011 - After 8 years in the bottle this wine aged very well. Still packed with dark fruit, hints of spice and chili. Enjoyed this with a big bowl of pasta and the table was very satisfied.

  November 21, 2010 - Brilliant nose of strawberry jam with some underlying greenery. Dark purple, showing its petite sirah component. Surprisingly tannic for a 7 year old zin-based blend, but very nice flavours and a very nice wine to drink. Went strangely well with the guac we had just made, too. I would lay this down another year or three to see what happens.

  August 18, 2010 - Nice color and nose. Dry, a little bretty, other wise pretty good, pared with Greek lamb diner well. Drink up.
