August 20, 2021 - Dauvissat's 2017 MdT is everything you want from Cru Chablis in this excellent vintage with a mineral-dominated nose of crushed stone and white flower. There's a nervous tension on the palate, with good concentration and bright acidity that first hits you as dense crushed vitamins before popping from all that acidity and crisp texture. Best starting 2025.
