  January 13, 2024 - Davyd's Bday celebration at ESBK. Tasted blind. Drank in Gabriel Standart.
  Appearance is clear, pale intensity, lemon colour with a pinky tinge. Thin legs. Fine bubbles.
  Nose is clean, with aromas of golden peach, pink pomegranate, light red apple. Developing.
  On the palate, dry, high acidity, medium- alcohol (12%), medium body. Medium flavour intensity, with flavours of savoury salty stones minerality, strawberries, pink pomegranate, golden peach. Slightly sweet light apple to the long juicy finish.
  Very good quality. Zero dosage but fruity with a slightly sweet sensation. Mix of Pinot Noir & Pinot Meunier. 2018 base vintage. Disgorged 3 October 2022.

  November 17, 2023 - Dinner with winemakers (Po restaurant): Blend of M and PN from Fossoy aged 10 months of less in 228l barrel with filter. Disgorged 19/12/2022, zero dosage, base 2020. Beautiful aroma of red apple, good weight with touch of herbal notes at the end.

  November 11, 2023 - Tasted at EMW Grand Tasting. Floral and fruity with hints of flint, yeast, pear and flint. Long with good quality. Good body and balance. Citrus, and refreshing.

  May 13, 2023 - 2019 vintage, 2022 disgorge. This a nice zero dosage grower. A little funky at first but grows in glass and has decent complexity. Not sure it’s worth chasing compared to his higher end bottlings
