November 10, 2023 - Initial nose of fresh raspberres. Stewed plums, red licorice, green stems. Showing a bit of age, more than the 2016 Bedrock.

August 9, 2023 - Crimson in color. 15.3% ABV. Brilliant nose of red fruits, peach and anise. Medium body with mouth watering acidity. Just loaded with bright, juicy fruits and perfectly balanced. Cherry liqueur, raspberry compote, blackberry and pepper on the palate. Exceptional length on the finish. This is my kind of Zinfandel. Fresh, vibrant and delicious. Best over the next several years.

March 30, 2023 - Decanted through venturi and fine screen. No sediment.
Clear, dark red color.
Fresh red fruits, wet cement, cinnamon on the nose.
Upon immidiate taste: sweet fresh red fruits, very mild tannins and easy acidity. Medium finish.
After 45 min of air: settles into fresh tart fruits over mild spicy undertones
